By accessing the DD11 platform or using any of its services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. They apply to all DD11 services — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and all other gaming services.

DD11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation if any suspicious activity is detected. The member will be contacted via email throughout the process.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. A different withdrawal method may require additional verification.

• Pre-match bets placed after an event has started will not be accepted.
• DD11 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) are strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
